 Takuma Ishizuka has conducted a review of over 400 scientific studies exploring how emotional states and motor responses can be affected through stimulation of specific neural structures using electromagnetic waves, electric currents and ultrasonic waves.

His review covers various methods of remotely manipulating the nervous system, including brainwave entrainment, temporal interference stimulation and the use of microwave beams to stimulate or suppress brain activity.

He notes that neurostrike weapons, utilising microwaves or directed energy beams, are among the weapons that are being developed to alter behaviour and disrupt brain functions and cognitive function.

In 2007, the CIA Center for the Study of Intelligence put forth a document titled “Managing Covert Political Action” (now deep sixed) that was a stark admission of the government’s use of stagecraft and black ops since the Cold War. Truth is only used when convenient, with fabrication being the norm.

The strategy is stated as: “systems psychodynamics,” focusing on “tension centered” strategies to create “organizational paradoxes” by targeting people’s basic assumptions about the world around them to create division and provide distraction.

Orwellian Nightmare: UK Confirmed to have “A Secretive Thought Police”. Towards a Totalitarian Government.

 

 Nearly 80 years after George Orwell wrote “1984”, Western media still use it to describe totalitarian governments and societies, particularly if they’re non-Western.

The general premise used by the mainstream propaganda machine is that Orwell was writing about others and that his works could never be used to describe “democratic” countries of the political West.

And yet, it seems not even he could have ever dreamed about the levels of dictatorial control his own homeland would be subjected to. Namely, the extent to which the United Kingdom has descended into darkness is not exactly easy to put into words. The level of control exerted by the British government is beyond the worst of Orwell’s nightmares and now includes what can only be described as “thought police”.

 CIA 1950s-70s MK-ULTRA program used LSD, electroshock, torture, extreme trauma, and sensory deprivation to break subjects’ minds, create multiple personalities, erase identities, implant false beliefs. Neuralink is an upgrade to this. By directly accessing neural pathways, Neuralink achieves MK-ULTRA’s goals without crude physical methods. DARPA’s N3 program (non-invasive neurotech) explicitly seeks to “write” commands into soldiers’ brains – such as suppressing empathy or inducing aggression. This is precisely what Neuralink is poised to deliver. There are so many troubling parallels between MK-ULTRA’s methods and Neuralink’s capabilities. The CIA’s experiments sought to erase and reprogram minds – exactly what Neuralink could achieve digitally. 

The key difference is scale: while MK-ULTRA destroyed thousands of minds, Neuralink could control millions.
