"Brain Death" - You could be next.

 

"BRAIN DEATH" WAS INVENTED IN 1968 by 13 men at Harvard Medical School — not because science proved these patients were dead, but to free up ICU beds and harvest their organs.
 
Their original draft stated bluntly:
“There is great need for the tissues and organs of the hopelessly comatose in order to restore health to those who are still salvageable.”
That sentence was edited out before publication because it was “too telling.”
The final JAMA paper never called these patients dead. It described them as “desperately injured” and “a burden to themselves and others.”
These people have beating hearts, warm bodies, and circulating blood. Some “brain dead” mothers have even carried babies to term on ventilators.
They are NOT dead. They are severely brain-injured — and this redefinition stripped them of legal protections so their organs could be taken while they were still alive.

Paul McGuire: Mind Control Won The Gulf War.

According to McGuire, the American military used this technology during Operation Desert Storm.  McGuire referred to it as “voice to God” technology, claiming that mind-control messaging conveyed through the radio frequency caused Iraqi soldiers to hear voices urging them to surrender to the American forces.

“The American military, using mind-control technology, attached an invisible rider on the AM frequency … that all these extremist Muslims would be listening to,” McGuire said. “And they knew that American soldiers wouldn’t be listening to this station because Americans don’t speak the language and they wouldn’t be into the music, so they were able to target the population.”

He continued, “The rider frequency that they attached on the AM signal frequency contained what is called ‘voice to God’ technology where all the people listening to this music station, Iraqi music station, actually heard in their heads, they couldn’t hear it audibly, but they heard the voice of God commanding them to surrender to the Americans and commanding them to lay down their weapons.”

McGuire warned his listeners that the same thing “could be done not just with an AM signal but with a cellphone signal.”

Bellow is an article from a January issue (1993) from the military magazine Defense News signed by Barbara Opall. Starts in page 4 and is referenced in page 39 in continuation.

Key info:

  • Russian has mind control technologies since the 70's and they were imported to the US in the early 90's.
  • The technology can beam commands into someones unconscious. It can both "probe and correct the psychic contents of human beings despite their will or conscience"
  • A multilateral agreement was made to keep the technology a secret, because "the world isn't ready to deal with it".
  • Not only government official - political, intelligence and army - know about it, but business and medical community leaders.
  • It apparently includes handheld devices.
  • "Voice to skull" (bone-conducting sound waves) was explicitly mentioned.
