MK ultra may sound like a conspiracy theory. Something out of Jason Bourne movies where the CIA performs mind control on unwitting CIA agents. But it's much bigger than that. And it's not a conspiracy theory at all. In fact, it's very real, and it's very alive and well today by the deep state, by the CIA, by the shadow government that is running things.
