Finally , I would like to explain how this technology works and the implications behind it. Each RNM satellite system has 400 channels , each channel capable of remotely reading one human mind per second.

The satellite system can project electromagnetic precision beams at each target ( up to 400 individuals at any time ) and place each targeted persons within an electromagnetic field.

They can then use this EMF to extract EEG data from the human brain .

This data is then transmitted from the satellite back down to a receiver and decoded with a computer system to extract subvocalizations , visual, auditory, and sensory information to be interpreted and presented before an NSA official on a monitoring

screen.

Every human being gives off their own bioelectric magnetic resonate  frequency which corresponds with their biometric ID. A fingerprint if you will that identifies and distinguishes each individual .

Almost like a unique radio frequency that they can tune in to . Electromagnetic frequencies and extra-low frequencies are sent to the brain from these satellite systems to trigger what is called an

"evoked potential" within the brain of the targeted person. An electric and magnetic reaction in the human mind that creates a spike in brainwave activity and an interference wave pattern in relation to

the transmitted EMF and ELF from the satellite system that can be mapped out and deciphered.

Electromagnetic signals of different frequencies are simultaneously transmitted to the brain of the subject in which the signals interfere with one another to yield a waveform which is modulated by the subject’s brain waves .

The interference waveform which is representative of the brain wave activity is re-transmitted by the brain to a receiver where it is demodulated and amplified.

The demodulated waveform is then displayed for visual viewing and routed to a computer for further processing and analysis .

The demodulated waveform also can be used to produce a compensating signal which is transmitted back to the brain to effect a desired change in electrical activity therein .

To transmit communications back down to the targeted individual, a corresponding EMF signal is beamed directly into the auditory cortex of that individual from the RNM satellite system and the person can literally hear the NSA official or the computer system feeding back communications with them in real time .

They can also apply other methods of responding to such communication .

They can used ground based directed microwave technology that uses microwaves with the wavelength of acoustic waves which essentially transmits data from what is called a GWEN tower

directly to the cochlea of the individual to produce a different effect .

This is called LRAD or S-Quad technology and is more commonly used by the U.S. military against innocent civilians in an activity known as gang stalking to make the individual enter psychosis.

Scalar beam technology and high frequency radio transmissions can also be used to produce similar effects .

The BNCI 2020 is using this technique in conjunction with Bio API and psychotronic energies to keep people captive and use them as "subjects to human experimentation".

European Union Military Police Rehearses For Civil War In Germany

Around 600 members (pictured) of various European police and military forces have carried out a European Union (EU) funded training exercise, in preparation for major civil unrest and even war.

The exercise took place in North Rhine-Westphalia on the 15th of April, and is part of the EU’s ongoing Lowlands Gendarmerie program.

So-called ‘Gendarmeries’ are a military force charged with police duties among civilian populations, and all seven European countries that maintain such “robust” units are joined together in the European Gendarmerie Force (Eurogendfor).

The European Commission financed three similar joint exercises in Italy, France and Germany back in 2008, Junge Welt reports.

The first series of Lowlands Gendarmerie exercises kicked off in 2014, with Special Forces from Kenya, Cameroon, Rwanda, Uganda and Sudan present. This year, it is reported that gendarmes from Turkey, Tunisia and Cameroon are involved.

The exercises are run by the European Union Police Services Training (EUPST), who’s aim is to, “enhance skills of police officers likely to be deployed in post conflict situation”, as well as, “developing the rapid deployment capability of police in international crisis situations.”

"Cancer: The Forbidden Cures" are well worth exploring. Though not yet
proven under rigorous scientific protocols which are very expensive, there
is no doubt that thousands of people doctors had sent home to die
were cured after taking the cancer treatments presented in this engaging
documentary. If you or someone you know is dealing with
cancer, this essay and film provide a wealth of invaluable information
on negotiating the daunting labyrinth of cancer treatment.

Regardless
of the efficacy of the potential cancer cures presented in this
documentary, the fact that top medical officials undeniably suppressed
these treatments is enough to warrant attention. The fact that big
money was offered to buy the rights to the some of these controversial
cancer cures also attests to their value. And the fact that so many
people sent home to die by the medical establishment now are alive and

Misconceptions take root in our minds very easily. It takes a determined
spirit to weed out all the brainwashing and programming we have taken
on. Many people never question certain ideas or conceptions they have.
They stop at the phrase itself without any further investigation, almost
as though the phrase itself has some kind of magic that stops them from
examining it. People need to be careful of confusing what is true with
what they want to be true. Just because we all want to live in a just
world doesn’t mean we actually do live in a just world. Great problems arise when we take our misconceptions and assert them as fact.

Le Pentagone a
commencé à travailler sur un projet censé permettre d’implanter une puce
dans le cerveau des soldats et de les relier de cette façon à des
ordinateurs. Cet ambitieux projet est intitulé Neural Engineering System
Design (NESD). Le but de cette recherche est de parvenir à créer une
puce biocompatible qui pourrait être ensuite insérée dans le cortex
cérébral, de manière à servir d’intermédiaire direct entre le système
des neurones et de leurs neurotransmetteurs et le langage binaire de
l’informatique.

Le nouveau programme de la Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) vise à développer une interface neuronale à implanter qui sera en mesure de
fournir une qualité de signal sans précédent et un moyen de transfert de
données entre le cerveau humain et le monde numérique. L’interface
pourrait servir de traducteur, faisant la conversion entre la langue
électrochimique utilisée par les neurones dans le cerveau et le langage
binaire qui constitue la langue de la technologie de l’information.
L’objectif est de parvenir à intégrer ce lien de communication dans un
dispositif biocompatible ne dépassant pas la taille de un centimètre
cube, soit à peu près le volume de deux pièces de 10 centimes empilées
dos à dos.

Commentaire : Sur Sott, nous soutenons l'idée, depuis plusieurs années déjà, que la psychopathie est un mal réel et plus répandu qu'on ne le croit. Que cette empreinte psychopathique s'est toujours fait sentir au fil de l'Histoire de l'Humanité, et que présentement, son influence atteint un niveau paroxystique inégalé. Il n'y a pas de catégorie, de caste, de peuple, de genre, de type, de profession, d'activité, de clan, de communauté ou de société qui ne soit épargné. Le psychopathe a ses domaines de prédilection : la politique, le grand (ou petit) banditisme, les guerres et le commerce, par exemple. 

Le domaine de la science est lui aussi concerné, ce qui, au premier abord, pourrait surprendre. Nous avons tous ancrée en nous cette image d'Épinal du scientifique intègre, se dévouant corps et âme à son activité, pour le plus grand bien de l'humanité. Un cliché bien éloigné de la réalité.
