documentaire sur le transhumanisme, c'est-à-dire cette vision de
l'avenir, selon laquelle tous les développements technologiques vont
tendre vers une transformation de l'humanité pour créer un nouveau type
d'humanité, intimement mêlée aux technologies : le transhumain. Le film
aborde les implications scientifiques, éthiques et métaphysiques des
derniers développements en bio-génétique, robotique, intelligence
artificielle, bionique et nanotechnologies. Face à cette évolution
probable et sa fascination pour le dépassement de ses limites
naturelles, l'homme saura-t-il résister aux dérives prévisibles pour
l'humanité de ses propres fantasmes démiurgiques ?

A CIA document was included in the transcript of the 1977 US Senate Hearings on MKULTRA, the CIA’s mind-control program.
The document is found in Appendix C, starting on page 166. It’s simply labeled “Draft,” dated 5 May 1955. It begins: “A portion of the Research and Development Program of [CIA’s]
TSS/Chemical Division is devoted to the discovery of the following
materials and methods:”
What followed was a list of hoped-for drugs and their uses.
First, a bit of background: MKULTRA did not end in
1962, as advertised. It was shifted over to the Agency’s Office of
Research and Development.
John Marks is the author of the groundbreaking book, Search for the Manchurian Candidate,
which exposed MKULTRA. Marks told me a CIA representative informed him
that the continuation of MKULTRA, after 1962, was carried out with a
greater degree of secrecy, and he, Marks, would never see a scrap of
paper about it.

enslave us. On one end we see massive continued investment in replacing humans with robots, both economically and socially.
Parallel to this trend, we are seeing advancements in neuroscience being made from global projects like the BRAIN initiative in the U.S. and its counterpart in Europe, the Human Brain Project.
These projects seek to decode the human brain and tailor it for
"treatments," as well as to enable the realization of full
brain-computer-interface technology. The pace of these developments has
